Thank you from the bottom of my heart for all your love, support, and encouragement in 2022. I adore this fun community and am grateful beyond words for every one of you. Every day, I learn from you and hope that I help you feel better along the way.

The new year should start with promises to be kinder to ourselves and to understand how much we tolerate on this treadmill of life.
The new year is an excellent time to reassess: Where do I want to travel? How can I be a better friend? How do I want to improve as an instructor? What are my goals for balancing life? I like to see where I am on my journey and map out where to go next with my goals. What do I need to get there?
Every day is a new beginning :).
So let's strive to make each day count!
